:
Gérard Sauce est
maître de conférences, en poste dans l’école
d’Ingénieurs Polytech Nice-Sophia,
dans le Département Bâtiments Intelligents et Durables,
Gérard Sauce se
présente comme un généraliste du Bâtiment,
secteur dans lequel il développe des
activités de recherche depuis 35 années (Doctorat
Génie Civil en 1984 - INSA de
Lyon, HDR en 1994 - Université de Savoie). Initialement,
centrées sur la
conception des bâtiments (CAO), il a élargi ses
activités au secteur de la
production (organisation de chantier, productique), pour arriver
à la prise en
compte du cycle de vie complet des ouvrages. Il a ainsi
travaillé en
collaboration étroite avec le CSTB sur la formalisation des
activités de
gestion de patrimoine immobilier. Ses activités se focalisent
maintenant sur la
notion de bâtiment intelligent. Au cours de ses activités
de recherche, il a
mis en œuvre et développé des outils de
modélisation, d’aide à la décision, de
gestion de risques et la maquette numérique en a
été le fil conducteur. Cette
activité de recherche s’est toujours développée en
contact étroit avec le monde
industriel, il a d’ailleurs effectué 4 ans de mobilité au
CSTB (1996-2000) et 4
ans dans une société d’Assistance à Maîtrise
d’ouvrage (AMO) (2011- 2015).
Gérard
Sauce is senior
lecturer at Polytech Nice-Sophia (Engineering School), in the Smart
Buildings
Department, Gérard Sauce presents himself as a building
generalist, a sector in
which he has been developing research activities for 35 years (PhD
Civil
Engineering in 1984 - INSA Lyon, HDR in 1994 - University of Savoie).
Initially
focused on the building design (CAD), it has expanded its activities to
the building
construction phase (site organization, production), to arrive at
considering
the whole building life cycle. He worked in close collaboration with
the CSTB, (Scientific
and Technical Center for Building) on the formalization of real-estate
management activities (asset, property and facilities management). His
activities now focus on the concept of intelligent building. During his
research activities, he implemented and developed tools for modeling,
decision making,
risk management and BIM (Building information model).
This research activity has always developed with industrial partners,
he has
done 4 years of mobility at CSTB (1996-2000) and 4 years in a company
of
Assistance to Project Management (AMO ) (2011-2015).
